Policy

* Mask is HIGHLY recommended.

* Please DO NOT book if you have any symptoms of cold, COVID 19 or flu.

* A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee is required for booking. (The deposit does go towards your remaining balance.)

* Any appointments that are not made thru the website, will require a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee. (The deposit does not go towards your remaining balance.)

* First time clients are HIGHLY recommended to book an in person consultation. This can be book thru the website.

* NO EXTRA PEOPLE OR KIDS! 

* You will have a 10 MIN grace period; $5 PER MIN after grace period. Your appointment WILL BE CANCELED after 15 mins.

* If you need to reschedule your appointment, there will be a 1 TIME rescheduling option. If in need of another reschedule, you must rebook thru the website.

* If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded and will have to rebook thru the website.

* All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless I cancel your appointment.

* SUNDAY and MONDAY are V.I.P. Days. There is a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee required to book. (The deposit does not go towards your remaining balance.)

* All services INCLUDES shampoo (YES, it is optional; NO, your price will not be reduced if you refuse this service.)

* All braiding services INCLUDES braiding hair only (1b, 2, 27, 613 and 30 are provided. Other colors that are not provided you will have to purchase.)

* TIME DURATION are estimated times. It will change due to the thickness of your hair, size of your head and length of your hair.

* I WILL NOT RUSH MY WORK, SO PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY!

* NO CALL NO SHOW will be charged full price.

* If you DO NOT have any issues prior to leaving the suite about your service, you will be charged for any issues you have after leaving.

* ALL WIG(S) ORDER(S) ARE FINAL.

* All extension wig(s) order(s) have a 2 WEEK TURN-AROUND TIME.

* All braided wig(s) order(s) have a 3 WEEK TURN-AROUND TIME.

* FOR WIG(S) ORDER(S): Once your order(s) has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number for your order(s) it is NO LONGER “SLAYYD STYLES” / “SLAYYD STYLES PLLC” responsibility. You’ll then refer to your tracking number for your order updates!
